Home-made radiator for hard disk.
You can fix the angle bars on the sheet by different means; I used the following one: glue and then fix with rivets. You may glue with hot adhesive or usual adhesive. Consumption of hot adhesive is very high, so I decided it would be too prodigal and chose usual glue. Use the glue according to the instructions on the label, but leave clear space in the middle (nearly 35% of total length). Spread a thin layer of hot adhesive on this part. Then, glue the angle bars one by one. The exception is the last angle bar; glue it in the following way:

Let the glue dry up at least 24 hours, better 2 days.

All began when one day my neighbour, he is Automatic Control Engineer, came and started to beg me to give him one diode. When I asked him why, he typed modding in a search engine. And it had a great effect on me. I was sick about it. Maybe there is nothing accidental in the world and this modding seed fell into good soil. All my life I was interested in design.
