Home-made radiator for hard disk.

   Make the heat removers of aluminium as well (for all chips; don’t pay attention to the picture). Cut a piece equal to the chip size and having thickness that would be enough to provide close fit of the heat remover to the chip and the radiator. Choose the thickness by eye. Smear both sides with thermal paste (in order it could transfer heat from the chips to radiator through thermal paste). Basically, that’s all. In the end the hard disk has the following look:

The temperature of hard disk Seagate Barracuda 7200 250GB SATA with modded radiator and closed cabinet didn’t exceed 38 degrees (peak temperature is usually 33..35).
