Making the final assemblage, spread the heat removers and radiators with thermal paste, mix 3-4 scrapers of paste with 5-8 drops of silicone oil (you may use oil from a sewing-machine, for example), the mixture became twice as liquid. If you use new thermal paste, you may not mix it with oil. As the heat removers are grinded (including grinding to radiator) we needn’t to smear a thick layer of paste, half a millimeter is enough, the rest will be pressed out. Turn the card over, put it on legs, verify the height once more, and fasten all the heat removers and radiators. Then fix the card on the legs with screw-nuts. Test the power supply unit with a small voltage of 5V in the form of 5 ohm resistor, 15 watt. Close black and green wires at the connector for mother board – it works; voltage is distorted a little because of low load. Then make a cover – cut out big rectangular holes in one of the walls with a dremel tool, cut them short by height leaving fastening lugs. Drill holes for the legs.

Make 2.5 mm holes in radiator, make threading M3. Assemble it with the cover. Test the modded device once more having toggled the old hard disk on. Voltage became level. All okay.

Mount 220 connector to its place, fix it with an aluminium plate. Bring the wires up to the case with the help of a buckle. The device is finished.

Final testing is carried out in the configuration (components of the projected completely fanless personal computer):
• Mother board GIGABYTE GA-P35C-DS3R
• Processor Intel E6850
• Video ASUS 8500GT Silent (I’ll think over a more powerful video adapter later)
• 2*1Gb RAM Corsair
• HDD Samsung 250Gb SATA
• DVDRW NEC ND-3500A
Mount operating system, drive tests, games. No failures :)
