  You can make it manually, but it would take too much time. You’ll need glass-cloth, felt wheel of suitable diameter and green polish paste. If a felt wheel is new – at first even it with pipe end or with chisel. Put some polish paste on felt wheel.
 

  Polish it with to needed gloss. Keep the component tight and observe safeguards. When metal is polished it becomes hot, be careful. I recall you not to work in gloves at locksmith machines!

   After polishing wash the component with soap, wipe it with clean napkin. Leave the component for a period of time to make blanket oxide film appear on it. To preserve the gloss you can spray a thin layer of clear lacquer on it.
 

  In such a way you can polish computer handle, button or other decorative component. Don't use this method for polishing processor radiator, don’t even try! Loosened edges or cracked center guaranteed. There will be much more work with a cooler…
