Make the board etch 10-15 in this tincture, I used old tincture and I took me more time. Ferrichloride tinctures are not dangerous to health, but try not to touch it with your hands. It should be in a plastic container, otherwise there will be reaction with steel. When utilizing it after reaction, dilute it with water and pour it into canalization, I tried and nothing happened. On a ferrichloride can proportions are big and I used third part of 100 g can to half-liter of water, and don’t forget to muddle this tincture or you san sway plastic container. If after etching some copper is still on a board, add some more powder to speed up the reaction. You should etch the board till there is no copper on it and till the side with lanes is of the same colour as the other side.

After putting the board out of a tincture, wash it with water and let it dry. Now you can take acetone and accurately clean lanes from paint. Now your board is ready and you can start soldering. Pay attention to the work of special marker. Maybe I had a bad luck.

Now you can take a drill and start drilling the holes for details; it's rather hard if you do it the first time. You can buy small drilling machine. It's not expensive, it costs about 20$.

After drilling, clean the board with sandpaper and install radio parts. Don’t forget about diodes and condensers sides and transistors and chips pinout. After this solder it, cut needless legs and wash it with spirit. I won’t tell you about activating and debugging process now. Read our soldering guide

With this board your devices have professional look. But you need money to buy ferrichloride, fabric-based laminate and marker, one marker costs 3$, a can of ferrichloride costs 2$. But you can use marker and ferrichloride in your future experiments. And you should remember that there shouldn’t be any text on the details’ side, it's only an example!
